About the role
About the Company
800 Storage is an operationally focused company looking to improve efficiency through data, process mapping, and automation across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Movers departments.
Responsibilities
- Map and audit operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and redundancies
- Build dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics like conversion rates and occupancy
- Collaborate with department heads to translate operational needs into system specifications
- Design and document automation workflows using tools like n8n
- Set up measurement frameworks to track process changes against KPIs
- Create and maintain living documentation of business processes and SOPs
Requirements
- 1-2 years in business analysis, operations analytics, or process improvement
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing preferred
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
- Strong process-mapping and documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in the storage, logistics, or real estate industry
- Exposure to CRM systems, Jira, or ERP platforms
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts for process automation
