About the Company

800 Storage is an operationally focused company looking to improve efficiency through data, process mapping, and automation across Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Movers departments.

Responsibilities

• Map and audit operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and redundancies
• Build dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics like conversion rates and occupancy
• Collaborate with department heads to translate operational needs into system specifications
• Design and document automation workflows using tools like n8n
• Set up measurement frameworks to track process changes against KPIs
• Create and maintain living documentation of business processes and SOPs

Requirements

• 1-2 years in business analysis, operations analytics, or process improvement
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing preferred
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in the storage, logistics, or real estate industry
• Exposure to CRM systems, Jira, or ERP platforms
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts for process automation
