Junior Business Development Manager

About the Company

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects across target sectors to build a pipeline
• Approach decision-makers via phone, email, and in person
• Propose services including recruitment, payroll, mobility, and workforce solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals, rate build-ups, and tender responses
• Support vendor registration and prequalification processes
• Manage client relationships alongside operations and recruitment teams
• Attend industry events and represent the company on client sites
• Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services OR industrial sales/BD in energy or engineering sectors
• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Comfort with cold outreach and initiating contact
• Ability to translate technical scopes into staffing requirements
• Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the GCC market
• Proficiency in Arabic or French
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC labour law and visa processes
• Existing network within oil and gas or industrial contracting sectors
• UAE driving licence
