IOTA GROUP is a Swiss-headquartered provider of technical assistance and workforce solutions, operating in more than 70 countries across the energy, oil and gas, nuclear, defence, mining and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospects across target sectors to build a pipeline
- Approach decision-makers via phone, email, and in person
- Propose services including recruitment, payroll, mobility, and workforce solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals, rate build-ups, and tender responses
- Support vendor registration and prequalification processes
- Manage client relationships alongside operations and recruitment teams
- Attend industry events and represent the company on client sites
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services OR industrial sales/BD in energy or engineering sectors
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Comfort with cold outreach and initiating contact
- Ability to translate technical scopes into staffing requirements
- Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to obtain one
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the GCC market
- Proficiency in Arabic or French
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC labour law and visa processes
- Existing network within oil and gas or industrial contracting sectors
- UAE driving licence
