Junior Charter Broker Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support charter brokers with incoming charter enquiries
• Assist in preparing charter proposals, yacht presentations, and itineraries
• Communicate with central agents, yacht managers, and charter managers
• Help update availability, rates, and specifications on charter platforms
• Coordinate pre-charter documentation and client information
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on enquiries
• Provide administrative and operational support to the charter team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the yacht charter or luxury hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of the international yacht charter market and charter regulations (especially MYBA)
• Exceptional organizational, negotiation, and client management skills
• Fluent in English; additional language is a plus
• Confident working with HNW and UHNW clients
• Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for yachting and travel
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
