About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and support the success of a high-value client portfolio
- Drive structured account planning and proactive engagement, identifying risks and expansion opportunities
- Manage executive-level stakeholders and complex multi-country setups
- Monitor account health and metrics, ensuring long-term growth and retention
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to resolve escalations and optimize the client experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
- Native German language skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to maintain diligent documentation and accurate records
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce
- Experience delivering product demonstrations and presentations
- Experience working with mid-market or enterprise clients
