Junior Data & Insights Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide entry-level support for analytics delivery, including analysis, requirements support, and documentation support
• Assist with capturing requirements, organizing traceability, and maintaining artifact inventories
• Support creation and upkeep of documentation such as meeting notes, decision logs, and knowledge base entries
• Assist in the delivery of accurate, insightful, and actionable data analyses and recommendations
• Ensure high standards of data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations utilizing tools such as Tableau
• Produce ad-hoc and recurring reports and presentations to support business operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an information technology related field
• Two years of professional IT experience
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Tableau
• Ability to successfully complete and maintain a public trust investigation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
