About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Category Managers with sourcing execution activities including RFI/RFP, award, and contracts
- Manage tactical and low-value procurement via P-Cards and Managed Catalogues
- Deliver end-to-end procurement operations and contract administration
- Convert Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO) efficiently
- Track contract consumption and report on supplier performance
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve payment issues
Requirements
- Diploma level qualification
- Awareness of Aviation and/or Indirect Categories
- Minimum 3 years of Procurement Operations and Sourcing experience preferred
- Experience with P2P tools such as SAP and Ariba preferred
