About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews and gather user feedback across the remittance journey
- Analyse customer data, product metrics and market trends to find improvement opportunities
- Support product managers in defining priorities, roadmap initiatives and user stories
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, release readiness and post-launch monitoring
- Prepare product documentation, process flows and release notes
- Keep stakeholders informed on delivery status, risks and dependencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field
- 1-3 years in product management, business analysis, project management, payments or fintech
- Experience working within Agile product teams is an advantage
- Able to conduct customer research and translate insights into product improvements
- Comfortable analysing product metrics and operational data
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to remittance, payments, digital wallets, banking or financial services
