About the role
Responsibilities
- Process casino and payment risk alerts in line with company standards
- Identify suspicious players and potential fraud during shifts
- Resolve casino and payment cases based on established procedures
- Contribute to improving operational processes
- Report casino and payment anomalies to management in a timely manner
- Work in a rotating 5/2 schedule, including morning, evening, and night shifts
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Risk, Fraud, Payments, Fintech, or related fields
- Strong numerical and Excel skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and reporting tools is a plus
