About the Company

Kompetenza builds verticalised Salesforce-powered innovation platforms, including EOR Cloud & EOR Recruit, Corporate Services Cloud, and Business-Ready Salesforce. Our mission is to position Kompetenza as a leading Salesforce innovation partner globally.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Salesforce Account Executives, Sales Associates, Industry Specialists, and Regional Partner Managers
  • Identify co-sell opportunities and assist with account mapping
  • Coordinate introductions between Salesforce sellers and Kompetenza
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals
  • Support promotion of Kompetenza solutions through enablement sessions and case studies
  • Work closely with delivery and sales teams to ensure quick follow-up on partner opportunities
  • Maintain CRM tracking of partner activity

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in SaaS sales or account management
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce sales cycle
  • Experience selling Salesforce solutions or working within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Commercial mindset and relationship-driven personality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working at Salesforce (Sales, BDR, AE, or AM)
  • Experience at a Salesforce partner consultancy
  • Experience with Experience Cloud or vertical Salesforce solutions
