About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and shoot videos for social media, campaigns, events, and corporate content
- Edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and other digital videos including cuts, pacing, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and color correction
- Conceptualize engaging video ideas and stay updated with social media trends
- Repurpose content into multiple formats for different platforms
- Create basic motion graphics, animated text, and visual effects
- Ensure brand consistency across all video content
- Use Photoshop and Adobe tools for basic design requirements
- Organize footage and project files to meet deadlines
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of short-form video formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
- Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound, and color correction
- Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail
- Portfolio or showreel of previous work is required
