About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide accurate recommendations on food and drink items
- Take and relay orders precisely to the kitchen and bar
- Maintain table cleanliness and proper table settings
- Process bills and payments accurately using the restaurant's POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar front-of-house role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume service
- Good command of English
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evening shifts
