About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform jury-related litigation consulting tasks including mock trials and focus group moderation
- Conduct online jury research, community attitude surveys, and demographic profiling
- Assist with witness preparation, voir dire, and shadow juries
- Execute jury selection and juror social media/public records research
- Provide trial monitoring, strategic consulting, and visual communication consulting
- Collaborate with research and sales teams to manage projects from intake to delivery
Requirements
- Understanding of reliable research methods and human behavior/decision-making heuristics
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
- Knowledge of social science research methodology
- Firm understanding of civil legal processes, procedures, and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software such as SPSS
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in psychology, neuroscience, communication, or a related field
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience for senior-level positions
- Experience in client development
