Responsibilities

• Administration & documentation: processing orders, invoicing, monitoring payments, and maintaining personnel files and inventory
• Executive assistance: supporting management in daily operations with discretion and reliability
• Customer contact: coordinating with customers via telephone and written communication
• Appointments & travel: coordinating business trips and seminars, managing deadlines and budgets
• Process maintenance: identifying and improving internal workflows systematically

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in Business Administration
• Organized and planned working style with the ability to multitask
• High level of discipline, self-responsibility, and punctuality
• Clear, factual, and solution-oriented communication skills
• Knowledge in coaching, marketing, or consulting is a plus
