Key Account Executive - Home Care

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales across assigned UAE-based accounts including Nesto, Sharjah Coops, Westone, Union Coops, and Choithram
• Develop and implement localized sales plans, promotions, and trade initiatives tailored to the UAE market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors
• Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and planogram execution in stores
• Analyze sales performance, shopper behavior, and competitor activity
• Negotiate pricing, listings, and promotional support with key accounts
• Monitor and report on KPIs including sell-in/sell-out data, market share, and ROI on trade spend

Requirements

• 3–5 years of UAE Health & Beauty market experience in sales or account management, preferably within FMCG
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Ability to analyze POS data and market trends using tools like Nielsen, Power BI, or Excel
