Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
• Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
• Collaborate with pre-sales, operations, legal, and product teams for seamless project handover
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
• 8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
• Experience in Digital Transformation
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic client relationships
• Experience in tendering, proposal management, and contract negotiations
• Experience working with government entities and large corporate clients
• Fluency in English
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
