About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned sales team with general trade channels and ensure effective supervision of all sales assignments
- Oversee route plans, stock reconciliation, and daily cash deposits for salesmen
- Manage collections and reconciliation from approved credit customers
- Supervise sales representatives to ensure correct service levels, distribution, and product display
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor route performance and service levels
- Achieve distribution targets, implement planograms, and control wastage across routes
- Execute sales plans, budgets, and brand activation strategies to exceed annual objectives
- Monitor Proof of Performance (POP) and implement promotional strategies at the store level
- Generate daily and monthly reports on sales achievements and competitor activities
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of management experience in a similar role within the UAE
- 3 to 5 years of overall experience in FMCG, preferably with food products
- Bachelor's degree in business or a management-related field
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in team management and target setting
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree in business or management related field
