About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with key healthcare accounts
- Design and execute account plans aligned with brand and market access strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams
- Identify access and growth opportunities within complex health systems
- Support value-based conversations in accordance with approved scientific frameworks
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and pharmaceutical industry regulations
Requirements
- University degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Oncology experience is ideal
- Solid knowledge of health systems and the payer environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in matrix environments and with multifunctional teams
