Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Building deep and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and providing solutions for last-mile delivery needs
• Expanding relationships with existing clients by proposing solutions that satisfy their objectives
• Analyzing customer performance to drive growth and revenue generation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, and operational teams
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within corporate accounts
• Resolving client issues, problems, and complaints quickly
• Preparing regular progress reports and forecasts using accurate account metrics
• Creating revenue-generating channels from cross-selling and upselling streams
• Staying updated with industry best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience in e-commerce or e-fulfillment
• Mandatory experience with CRM systems
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis
• Strong customer-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Proficiency in Arabic
