Key Account Manager - Utilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer priorities
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
• Lead early engagement for upcoming projects and infrastructure developments
• Coordinate across Business Areas to convert opportunities into a sustainable pipeline
• Serve as primary strategic interface for assigned utility accounts
• Coordinate executive meetings, strategic dialogues and customer workshops

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years in strategic account management or commercial leadership in energy
• Proven track record managing major customer accounts
• Strong understanding of the UAE energy sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
• Arabic language proficiency
