Key Accounts Manager - Distribution

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, acting as primary point of contact
• Identify and engage with potential new distributors through market research
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales strategies and training resources
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and market trends
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product presentations
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• Ensure compliance with Quality Integrated Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant field
