About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, negotiate, and close new key accounts across hospitality and retail channels
- Manage long-term relationships with decision-makers at property, group, and retail-chain levels
- Drive contract renewals, product range expansion, and seasonal scent rotations
- Coordinate scent installation and service schedules with internal operations teams
- Secure product listings and monitor stock availability across retail partners
- Prepare weekly and monthly visit plans for hotels, retail stores, and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account sales, B2B sales, or hospitality/FMCG sales
- Strong network with hotel decision-makers and retail partners in the UAE
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Valid UAE driving license
- Fluency in Arabic
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scent marketing, home fragrance, or beauty and personal care
- Experience in hospitality supplies or hotel amenities
- Experience in FMCG or premium lifestyle products
