Mazkara is a glam-tech startup for beauty and wellness services. Mazkara creates a great experience for users to discover spas, salons and more in their vicinity as well as empowers the business owners to engage effectively with their customers.
Responsibilities
- Liaison with Spa and Salon owners to help them market themselves better
- Manage and train a team of Sales Ninjas to build a world class team
- Set targets and monitor your team to reach them
- Identify and engage with leads and prospects
- Monitor impacts of advertising campaigns for clients and prepare analytics reports
- Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing, and payment collection
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of Sales experience
- Self-motivated and willing to exceed targets
- High integrity and great follow through on tasks
- Phenomenal oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup culture
