About the role
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, and install Kitchen/Laundry equipment to meet hotel standards
- Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen/laundry equipment
- Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required
- Complete work orders, PPM & CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Electrical Trade Certificate
- 5+ years as a Kitchen Technician in hospitality
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen/laundry equipment and safety
