About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle and complete KYC files for onboarding and reviews in compliance with global policies
- Ensure CDD reviews comply with DFSA Requirements for UAE clients
- Perform client outreach to obtain necessary information and documentation for CDD reviews
- Coordinate with CDUs in Bratislava and Manila for processing CDD, ESR, FATCA, and CRS
- Update PAMs on file status and prioritize urgent cases
- Manage client offboarding and exit processes
- Report offboarding and client lists to the Head of Compliance monthly
- Monitor and assess UAE customer data in Vantage
- Prepare KYC commentary slides for the Middle East portfolio and report KRIs to the UK KYC Lead
- Assist the Head of Compliance Dubai with control testing and projects
- Serve as the SPOC for Dubai's Systematic Integrated Risk Assessment (SIRA) annual reporting
