About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of risk and associated controls to identify root cause and collaborate with management to report findings
- Review customer account profiles and conduct periodic KYC reviews to ensure compliance with local regulations and Citi standards
- Coordinate with Makers and Checkers to ensure checklist requirements are fulfilled and KYC renewals are completed
- Provide support and guidance to Business Managers and Product Partners regarding KYC queries and escalations
- Maintain high-quality review standards and ensure team performance exceeds quality assurance thresholds
- Drive adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational risk requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance KYC efficiency and client experience
- Partner with management on developing business plans and compliance guidelines
- Interface with Internal and External Audit to provide input on risk and legal liabilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and team members
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to make effective and timely decisions
- Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate partnerships across business regions
- Bachelor's degree or University degree or equivalent experience
