KYC Operation Team supervisor (UAE Nationals Only)

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of risk and associated controls to identify root cause and collaborate with management to report findings
• Review customer account profiles and conduct periodic KYC reviews to ensure compliance with local regulations and Citi standards
• Coordinate with Makers and Checkers to ensure checklist requirements are fulfilled and KYC renewals are completed
• Provide support and guidance to Business Managers and Product Partners regarding KYC queries and escalations
• Maintain high-quality review standards and ensure team performance exceeds quality assurance thresholds
• Drive adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational risk requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance KYC efficiency and client experience
• Partner with management on developing business plans and compliance guidelines
• Interface with Internal and External Audit to provide input on risk and legal liabilities
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert to senior stakeholders and team members

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to make effective and timely decisions
• Demonstrated ability to build and cultivate partnerships across business regions
• Bachelor's degree or University degree or equivalent experience
