KYC Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Work in a global team to collaboratively design and develop a platform that provides world class KYC service.
• Create and review Product Requirements Document (PRD).
• Ensure the project is executed according to schedule.
• Communicate with Engineers / Designers as well as internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyze key user metrics.
• Constant refinement on workflow design.
• Support the Regional/Global Heads.
• Articulate new features and enhancements.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.
• Strong experience in KYC process is a huge advantage.
• Experience in product lifecycle management.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Logical thinker.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must.
