KYC Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead KYC product function design and experience optimization to improve conversion rates and verification accuracy.
• Build and maintain a KYC data metric system to identify and resolve key pain points in the conversion funnel.
• Continuously track industry and competitor dynamics to provide structured output on market strategies and product roadmaps.
• Research and evaluate emerging KYC technologies such as AI identity recognition and blockchain data sharing to assess their value and implementation feasibility.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the full KYC lifecycle including form filling, document collection, liveness detection, OCR, and automated/manual review.
• Ability to use data to define conversion bottlenecks and error rates.
• Engineering understanding of how to balance seamless user experience with compliance and risk boundaries.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical product specifications.
• Proactive approach to evaluating vendor capabilities and industry solutions.
