Responsibilities
- Act as the Hotel Ambassador and extended arm of the General Manager
- Welcome, meet, and farewell hotel guests
- Manage communication with all guests to ensure highest quality service standards
- Make immediate decisions concerning guest well-being to enhance the guest experience
