About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with EQT's Land Department to support advanced model and pipeline creation
- Coordinate with internal BI/IT teams to implement table and code changes
- Maintain and support analytical solutions using SQL
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability
- Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to solve complex business problems
- Generate reports, charts, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Work with Salesforce on recurring dataload and process initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3+ years of coding experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency for implementing and optimizing analytical logic
- Proven experience delivering solutions in a BI environment
- Experience defining and reviewing shared coding standards
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Databricks ecosystem, including Lakehouse architecture and Unity Catalog
- Familiarity with applied statistical learning and advanced analytics techniques
- Experience collaborating with Oil and Gas Land Departments
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
- Exposure to cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data ecosystems
