Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Amharic)

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context
• Act as a primary quality check to identify and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Amharic
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation
• Provide native-level language vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during project scaling

Requirements

• Verified Amharic language proficiency of C1 or C2
• Experience in linguistics, education, or fields requiring high linguistic detail
• Prior experience in human data evaluation or annotation
• Ability to transform raw feedback into structured educational resources
• Meticulous approach to identifying subtle unnatural phrasing
