Language Alignment & Resource Partner (Lithuanian)

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context
• Act as a primary quality check to identify and correct subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Lithuanian
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation
• Provide native-level language vetting and specialized linguistic consultation during project scaling

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in linguistics, education, or fields requiring high linguistic detail
• Prior experience in human data evaluation or annotation
• Verified Lithuanian language proficiency (C1 or C2 level)
• Ability to transform raw feedback into structured, actionable educational resources
• Meticulous attention to subtle linguistic nuances and unnatural phrasing
