Lead Aesthetician - Spa Operations

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, skin therapies, waxing, and other beauty services
• Ensure personalized, professional, and result-driven guest experiences
• Maintain detailed knowledge of skincare products and recommend appropriate homecare regimens
• Supervise and mentor aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols
• Conduct regular training sessions on new techniques, products, and guest service standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of aesthetic staff
• Monitor treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies, coordinating with purchasing as needed
• Drive retail sales through product recommendations and team coaching
• Collaborate with spa management to develop and implement service promotions and packages
• Track and report on service and retail performance metrics

Requirements

• Licensed Aesthetician with advanced certifications in skincare and beauty treatments
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong knowledge of skincare brands, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills
• Ability to train and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

About the Company
