Lead, AI Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of GenAI creative capabilities within Marketing
• Create and assess campaign assets, digital layouts, and visual variants using graphic design expertise
• Use GenAI tools to generate, refine, and assess creative concepts and layout options
• Translate Marketing and Brand needs into clear product feedback and prioritization inputs for the Engage Studio roadmap
• Review assets to confirm visual quality, layout, formatting, and brand consistency
• Provide guidance and demonstrations to help Marketing teams adopt GenAI tools effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Strong hands-on experience in graphic design and multi-channel campaign asset production
• Practical experience using GenAI-enabled creative tools to generate and refine visual concepts
• Experience applying brand standards, accessibility requirements, and quality assurance to creative outputs
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and technology teams
