About the role
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the data function, including pipelines, models, metric definitions, and reporting
- Turn operational questions into trusted data products
- Establish consistent definitions for key business metrics
- Automate reporting processes that are currently handled manually
- Write SQL, build and operate pipelines, and create data models
- Determine priorities and establish analytics standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as an analytics professional
- Strong hands-on technical skills in SQL and pipeline construction
- Ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous environment
- Experience building analytics capabilities from the ground up
