Lead Business Analyst - Lending Products

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and preparation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for lending initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture business needs
• Develop clear, testable, and traceable business requirements with defined acceptance criteria
• Create use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support project delivery
• Perform gap analysis of existing processes and recommend business process improvements
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, solution design, and testing activities

Requirements

• 8+ years in banking or banking technology, with at least 6 years in a business analysis role authoring BRDs
• Deep product expertise in term loans and working capital across MSME, Mid Corporate, and Large Corporate segments
• Working knowledge of trade finance products and their interaction with limits and operations
• Experience leading at least two lending or credit decisioning initiatives from requirements to Go-Live
• Experience providing product inputs to functional specifications and reviewing test cases
• Exposure to Temenos T24 or a comparable core banking system
• Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and vendor-led delivery models
• UAE or GCC banking experience is strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language ability is advantageous
