About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Sureel's business function, reporting to the CEO and Co-Presidents
- Own the business function of negotiations with service providers and rights holders
- Develop business models and model outcomes for charging clients, including DSPs and AI companies
- Structure agreements to increase adoption of infrastructure and create repeatable commercial models
- Negotiate licensing models, revenue structures, payment flows, and economic frameworks
- Serve as primary liaison with industry bodies such as DDEX and regulatory bodies such as WIPO
- Oversee business use cases for integrating infrastructure with AI companies and DSPs
