About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the tracking of regulatory obligations, licensing conditions and operational actions
- Drive the operational implementation of new licences by developing SOPs and process documentation
- Monitor adherence to compliance operational processes and escalate risks
- Prepare operational reports and management briefing materials for senior stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional regulatory implementation activities with Legal, Product, and Operations teams
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, and operational reviews
- Lead operational gap assessments and remediation initiatives
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in Compliance Operations, Regulatory Operations, or PMO within financial services or fintech
- Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to develop clear SOPs and management reports
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Mandarin proficiency is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
- Crypto or digital asset experience
