Lead, Corporate Communication

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated communications plans across external, customer, internal, marketing, and digital channels
• Coordinate communications projects from scoping and briefing through content development, approvals, and evaluation
• Draft and edit press releases, key messages, talking points, speeches, and executive communications
• Manage day-to-day coordination with external PR agencies and monitor performance against KPIs
• Support the Bank's core businesses with media materials and social media content
• Monitor emerging issues and stakeholder sentiment to support crisis communications and reputation management
• Ensure all materials comply with brand standards, legal, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, media, marketing, English, or a related discipline
• 6 to 8 years of relevant communications experience, preferably in corporate, financial services, or agency environments
• Proven track record of delivering integrated PR and corporate communications strategies
• Strong media relations skills and the ability to build journalist relationships
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Arabic
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and provide constructive counsel
