About the role
Responsibilities
- Raise the creative bar by setting quality standards and providing actionable feedback
- Lead a pod of editors, evaluating performance and managing staffing decisions
- Review footage, curate selects, and maintain organized asset libraries
- Partner with Production to ensure footage quality and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with Strategy to share performance insights and ground creative decisions in data
- Represent editorial in cross-functional conversations and balance creative ambition with production realities
- Streamline workflows and explore new tools and AI capabilities
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional video editing experience
- 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics
- Experience in performance marketing, a creative agency, or an in-house creative team
