About the role
Responsibilities
- Build investor presentations, board decks and executive materials on tight timelines
- Carry out financial and strategic analysis, including modelling and scenario work
- Prepare board and advisory board materials and track follow-up actions
- Support fundraising, data room management and diligence responses
- Manage investor relations workstreams and meeting preparation
- Support corporate development and M&A target screening and analysis
Requirements
- 5-7 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital or private equity
- Track record of high-quality analysis under deadlines
- Exposure to fundraising, capital markets, M&A or investor-facing work
- Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills
- Strong PowerPoint and storytelling ability
- Crisp written English

- Exposure to mobility, fleet or asset finance, autonomous vehicles
