Responsibilities
- Lead functional consulting across ITIL-based service processes
- Support implementations in Field Service Management, Source-to-Pay, Customer Service Management, and ITSM
- Work with stakeholders to define and improve process requirements
Requirements
- 7–10 years of IT experience
- 5–7 years in ITIL functional consulting
- Experience with FSM, S2P, CSM, and ITSM
- Advanced English
