About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions walking learners through hands-on promotional planning scenarios
- Teach a proprietary retail promotion planning tool through actual workflows
- Establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across global markets
- Conduct 30 total training deliveries (10 full-day and 20 half-day sessions)
- Facilitate hands-on exercises where participants work directly in the tool
Requirements
- Background in marketing, sales, or business analysis
- Familiarity with promotional/sales planning nomenclature (e.g., promotion mechanics, retail sales terminology)
- Ability to explain promotional performance metrics (ROI, sales lift, incrementality) in plain business terms
- Proven ability to learn a client's proprietary tool quickly and demo it live with confidence
- Experience delivering engaging training sessions in a virtual environment
- Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools
- Strong leadership presence and professional delivery
