Lead Instructor: Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Lead 30 total training deliveries, including 10 full-day and 20 half-day sessions
• Walk learners through realistic, hands-on promotional planning scenarios using a proprietary tool
• Establish consistent, harmonized promotional terminology and processes across global markets
• Conduct dry-runs and onboarding sessions to ensure technical readiness and content alignment

Requirements

• Background in marketing, sales, or business analysis
• Familiarity with promotional/sales planning nomenclature (e.g., promotion mechanics, retail sales terminology)
• Ability to explain promotional performance metrics like ROI, sales lift, and incrementality in plain business terms
• Proven ability to learn proprietary tools quickly and demo them live with confidence
• Experience running hands-on exercises in a virtual environment
• Familiarity with AI-assisted planning tools and the balance between tool recommendations and human judgment
• Strong leadership presence and professional delivery
