Lead Machine Learning Engineer, Data&AI team

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists.
• Develop and deploy new machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze the performance of current ML solutions and identify opportunities to improve.
• Continuously improve delivery processes.
• Provide technical leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share findings and guide product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms and optimization methods.
• Strong practical knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Understanding of Agile principles/experience as a Scrum Master.
• Working knowledge of how to put ML models into production.
