About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, industry directories, and social platforms
- Generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up campaigns
- Conduct structured cold calls to introduce company services and upcoming exhibitions
- Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into active opportunities
- Prepare and submit RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents for events and exhibition projects
- Complete vendor registration processes for government, corporate, and event portals
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads and client interactions in the CRM
- Manage industry portals, procurement systems, and event platforms
Requirements
- Experience in lead generation and prospecting
- Proficiency in cold calling and client outreach
- Ability to manage project bid submissions (RFPs/RFQs)
- Experience with vendor registration and compliance processes
- Strong CRM management skills
- Ability to manage multiple industry portals and databases
