Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing analytics processes, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality standards
  • Monitor key marketing and business performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis
  • Design, prioritize, and evaluate marketing experiments and A/B tests
  • Develop and maintain analytical and predictive models for attribution, forecasting, and segmentation
  • Drive continuous improvement by automating analytical workflows and implementing best practices

Requirements

  • Higher education in a technical, mathematical, or economics-related field
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills including pivot tables
  • Strong knowledge of statistics and A/B testing methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in marketing analytics and predictive modeling
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis
  • Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows
  • Experience with marketing experimentation frameworks and incrementality measurement
  • Experience with attribution models and advertising platforms like Google Ads or Meta Ads
