About the role
Responsibilities
- Own Discover's design end-to-end, identifying opportunities and setting direction
- Design AI-driven discovery experiences and conversational interfaces
- Serve both sides of the marketplace (creators and consumers)
- Prototype at speed using AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable
- Mentor and elevate the design craft within the team
Requirements
- Marketplace or two-sided platform experience is a hard requirement
- 5+ years of product design experience, including 0→1 work
- Experience as the most senior designer on a product area
- Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools
- Proficiency in Figma
- Proactive communication and comfort designing in ambiguity
- English proficiency at C2/Level 5
