About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact end-to-end studies across web, mobile, and AI-enabled touchpoints
- Conduct foundational research to inform product and design strategy
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable design recommendations
- Use AI tools to accelerate study setup, analysis, and reporting
- Design and evaluate AI-driven experiences for usability and trust
- Mentor researchers and designers in user-centered processes
- Collaborate on industry thought leadership and internal practice community meetings
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating digital product research across mobile or omnichannel experiences
- 5–8+ years of experience in UX research or a related role
- Practical experience using research tools and AI-enabled workflows
- Experience leading complex research initiatives that influence cross-functional strategy
